Our ESG Journey
2005
MRCo was founded with a strong emphasis on gender diversity. 67% of our founding partners were women. This sets a clear precedent for equity, representation, and leadership in the legal profession.
2010
Well ahead of the industry curve, MRCo began its paperless journey by integrating digital systems such as iManage Work, Corematter, and Paybun. This shift not only improved operational efficiency but also significantly reduced paper consumption and physical storage needs. Our contribution to long term environmental conservation.
2021
Recognizing the increasing relevance of digital integrity, MRCo launched its Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan, Information Security Policy, and Integrity Kit. These initiatives reinforced our internal governance frameworks, client data protection, and ethical standards.
2024
We published our first ESG Report, marking a major milestone in our formal sustainability reporting journey. It laid the foundation for tracking, measuring, and communicating our environmental, social, and governance impact.
2025
Our second ESG Report reflects not just our continued commitment, but our evolution. We have taken deliberate steps to deepen sustainability practices across our operations, enhance stakeholder engagement, and align our business with global ESG standards.
