Banking & Finance – Nia has advised on and prepared financing and security documentation for major banking institutions. She has also been involved in developing financing documents for banking institutions and updating such documents to align with updated regulatory requirements.
Corporate & Commercial - She has conducted corporate due diligence for share transfers, restructurings, investments, and statutory body reorganisations, and has drafted and reviewed a broad range of commercial agreements, including partnership, collaboration, OEM/technology, nominee, membership, and sale and purchase agreements.
