She has been involved in Sukuk transactions, including the upsizing and revision of Sukuk programmes and related documentation, as well as matters arising from Sukuk non-compliance. Her corporate and commercial experience includes joint venture matters, including cross-border transactions and the establishment of joint venture vehicles, legal due diligence exercises, and regulatory advisory work.

Lisa also has experience in banking and financing transactions for corporate and individual clients, as well as real estate matters involving the preparation and review of tenancy, sale and purchase, and facility management agreements.
