Shazleen Natasha has been exposed to corporate transactions involving public listed companies, government-linked companies, private corporations, and financial institutions, including share acquisition transactions, legal due diligence exercises, and the drafting and review of share sale agreements and related ancillary transaction documents. Her experience also includes work on property disposals undertaken as part of corporate transactions, the preparation of legal opinions on corporate and regulatory matters, financing transactions, and advising on trust structures for employee welfare purposes, as well as handling estate administration matters.
